Gumový rozpěrný spoj s přírubou se dvěma koulemi
Dvoukulový pryžový měch pro pohyb potrubí a izolaci vibrací
Přehled produktu
Gumový expanzní spoj s přírubou s dvojitou koulí obsahuje dvě kulové pryžové sekce vyztužené textilními lanky a připojené k přírubovým koncům trubek. Přizpůsobuje se specifikovanému pohybu potrubí a pomáhá snižovat přenos vibrací z čerpadel a dalších připojených zařízení.
Konstrukce Twin-Sphere:Dvě flexibilní kulové části umožňují axiální, boční a úhlový pohyb v rámci jmenovitých limitů zvoleného modelu.
Vibrační izolace:Elastomerové tělo pomáhá snižovat přenos mechanických vibrací a hluku přenášeného konstrukcí potrubními systémy.

Selected according to the conveyed fluid and required chemical compatibility.
Reinforcing cord layers support the rubber body under specified operating conditions.
Embedded metal rings may be used to support the spherical sections and control deformation, depending on the product design.
Protects the reinforcement against the external environment; compound selection depends on exposure conditions.
Metal flanges connect the joint to the piping system. Material, drilling pattern and dimensions must match the approved specifications.
Helps isolate vibration transmitted through pump suction and discharge piping when correctly selected and installed.
Used in chilled-water, heating-water and cooling-system piping where the specified movement and temperature limits are suitable.
Suitable for compatible water and wastewater services within the product's rated conditions.
Used for selected process and utility lines requiring movement accommodation or vibration isolation.
Identify the medium, concentration and any cleaning chemicals before selecting the rubber compound.
Specify normal and maximum pressure, potential pressure surges, and minimum and maximum operating temperatures.
Provide the required axial, lateral and angular movements for model verification.
Confirm nominal diameter, flange standard, pressure rating, bolt-hole pattern and face-to-face length.
Check pipe alignment, anchors, guides, supports and available installation space.
Rubber compounds, reinforcement materials and flange materials are checked against the approved purchasing specifications.
Critical dimensions, including face-to-face length and flange drilling, are checked against approved drawings.
Production parameters are monitored according to established manufacturing procedures.
Testing is conducted according to the applicable product requirements and agreed inspection plan.
Material documents, dimensional inspection records and pressure-test reports can be specified in the order, subject to availability and agreement.
Q: What is the difference between single-sphere and twin-sphere rubber expansion joints?
A: A twin-sphere joint has two spherical sections. Its movement capacity depends on the design, size, face-to-face length and operating conditions. Compare the model-specific movement ratings rather than assuming that every twin-sphere joint exceeds every single-sphere joint.
A: Tie rods or limit rods may be required to control movement or manage pressure-related forces in specific piping arrangements. The need and configuration depend on the joint design, pressure, anchoring arrangement and engineering requirements.
A: Not every rubber expansion joint is suitable for negative-pressure service. Specify the required vacuum level and operating conditions so that the joint design and any necessary vacuum support can be evaluated.
A: Provide the nominal diameter, quantity, fluid, operating pressure and temperature, required movement, flange standard, face-to-face length and any special requirements. Drawings and inspection-document requirements should also be included when available.
DN or pipe size and required quantity.
Fluid composition, normal and maximum pressure, and temperature range.
Axial, lateral and angular movement, where applicable.
Standard, pressure rating, material and bolt-hole arrangement.
Required face-to-face length and connection details.
Vacuum service, tie rods or limit rods, material documents and inspection reports.
Approved drawings, specifications or an existing joint sample, if available.
Each proposed configuration should be reviewed against the actual piping conditions before final approval.
